Conrad Seoul is introducing a number of packages and promotions that promise the gift of everlasting memories of Christmas and year-end 2016. To celebrate the Christmas season in style, Conrad Seoul is show casing a special package which allows guests to enjoy one of the most romantic, sweet moments of the year. In preparation for the New Year, Conrad Seoul is also offering a New Year’s Eve party package which includes countdown party tickets and a set of in-room breakfasts. In addition, each restaurant in the house as well as the Deli, will be welcoming guests with a wide range of holiday offerings such as a grand buffet and special chef’s menus, along with a range of holiday desserts including Christmas cakes, for those looking for an extraordinarily holiday dining experience filled with the festive spirit.

Feel the year-end festive spirit at the Christmas Grand Buffet ‘Festive Market’
If you are looking for a way to get into the holiday spirit, without travelling too far afield, we suggest you stop by Conrad Seoul’s grand buffet, ‘Festive Market’, for the holiday season. Conrad Seoul has transformed the entire 2nd floor of the hotel, including the ‘Zest’ buffet and Italian restaurant ‘Atrio’, to create a spectacular, year-end grand buffet themed as a ‘Festive Market’ from December 24-25 and December 31, 2016- January 1, 2017. The buffet will feature an Asian Street, Western Street, and Dessert Station with a wide range of special Christmas dishes and a variety of Eastern and Western cuisines, including a number of custom short-order dishes prepared right before your eyes at the live cooking stations.
A special Christmas menu including grilled lobster, roast turkey, and roast pork carved to order will be prepared while the Asian Street will feature such delicacies as ribs, Korean beef sukiyaki, Beijing duck, and fresh seafood including snow crab, abalone, scallops, and sashimi. At the Western Street, you can indulge in fresh oven baked pizza and pasta, and various types of cheese, prosciutto, jamon and salami to complement your wine selections. The Dessert Station will be filled with assorted Christmas desserts such as Béche de Noél, Stollen, Panettone, Black forest cake, Christmas cookies, chef’s homemade gelato, chocolate fondue, and an assortment of sweet, decadent crepes and soufflés prepared for you in person by the chefs at the live dessert stations. Aside from these diverse cuisines to help spread the Christmas joy, guests will be surrounded by the spirit of Christmas with special Christmas carolling, live musical performances, tree decorations and photo zones where you can take a snapshot with our famous Conrad Santa bear to add to the festivities and help you create an album of everlasting memories with your family and friends. A white Christmas dining experience & the most delicious and luxurious New Year’s Eve dinner @ 37 Grill
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 37 Grill will be offering a 5-course menu including such traditional Christmas delicacies as roast turkey, and Christmas snow desserts, inspired by the hopes of a white Christmas, to celebrate the advent of Christmas.
Starting off with an amuse bouche to stimulate the appetite, you will then move on to enjoy salmon and shrimp fermented with orangeolemon and topped with mascarpone cream cheese, followed by a potato soup infused with rosemary leaves, and a blueberry sorbet with orange-cinnamon jelly as an inter mezzo. For the main event, you may select from three different types of entrees to enjoy your Christmas dinner to your liking, selecting from roast turkey, beef steak and grilled bass. Our traditional ‘Roast Turkey’ is served with mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, chipolata sausage and bacon roll, while our ‘Beef tenderloin steak’ is glazed with a chestnut & mushroom puree and cranberry sauce. The ‘Sea Bass’ is a pan roasted Korean fillet coated in rosemary cream and served with surf clams. A white Christmas themed ‘Christmas Snow Dessert’ will be presented as the grand finale featuring a Valrhona chocolate ball with a raspberry cream & lemon curd filling, sprinkled with white meringue to visualize the snow. Truly a special and unforgettable Christmas dinner. On the evening of Dec 31st, a special New Year’s Eveset dinner menu will be curated by David Mitford, Chef de Cuisine at 37 Grill. Along with the restaurant’s signature panoramic view of the city lights, the 37 Grill’s five course holiday meal, featuring a taste of both surf and turf, will be presented. A sumptuous feast of roast Serrano veal loin blanketed with scallops-lobster mousse and truffle foam will be served as the main dish, concluding with an assortment of desserts comprised of shortbread, cookies and tea to complete this festive meal.
