28 May Enjoy Seoul at ‘C-Festival’
Seoul Tourism Organization operated a Seoul PR booth with variety of performances and experience programs for ‘C-Festival’ held at COEX, Samseong-dong, from May 4 to 8, 2016, which greeted approximately 1.67 million visitors.
The Seoul PR booth at D-Hall, COEX, organized colorful performances and events from non-verbal performances, shooting chroma key photographs, traditional games, to tourism information of Seoul. More than 5,100 guests visited the PR booth, and participated in events offered by the booth.
One of the most notable events was the experience program on non-verbal performances by groups of performers from SMA member companies. After finishing their performances at event stage in coex D Hall, the performers gave another non-verbal show at the PR booth, mingling with audiences.
The PR booth also had a post-it wall for visitors who have their own opinions on the city.
Along with the performances, the Seoul PR booth also offered opportunities for the visitors to take pictures with famous attractions in the city as background. At Chroma key Photo Zone, visitors could take free chroma key pictures of themselves with famous attractions of Seoul like the Gyeongbokgung Palace as backgrounds.
At the Traditional Game Zone, the visitors could play traditional games of yutnori (A traditional board game), sabangchigi (hopscotch), and jegichagi (Korean shuttlecock game), and complete little missions for souvenirs like postcard sets and mobile phone screen cleaners.
Outside of the PR booth was also decorated with story panels on MAP of performances, night markets, food festivals, and K-wave tour programs of the city.
