28 May Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, Modern Chinese Restaurant ‘Wei Lou’ Grand Opening.
The highest floor of the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas Hotel now boasts the modern Chinese restaurant Wei Lou, opened on the 16th of this month. ‘Wei Lou’ means ‘delicious house’, and the opening will introduce guests to the savory and healthy cuisine of Shandong, as well as Beijing duck in a fine dining atmosphere.
Seating 110 guests in over 500 square meters, modern Chinese restaurant, Wei Lou, boasts 11 different private rooms. As most of the guests visiting the restaurant are also guests of the hotel, the restaurant has dedicated 78 out of 110 seats to them. Private rooms are diverse in scale, accommodating groups from 4 to 24.
In addition to Head Chef Yang Su-in’s 28 plus years of experience as a hotel chef, we are proud to announce that Chinese Chef, Kuo Lihai, has joined us as our expert in the preparation of Beijing Duck. Kuo Lihai has worked over 17 years at China’s Quchnjdic, the most famous restaurant in the world for Beijing Duck. In addition to our signature Beijing Duck, these expert chefs will produce over 100 different dishes in the Shandong style using original imported ingredients.
To commemorate the grand opening Wei Lou is launching 4 special promotions for 34 days, symbolizing it’s 34th floor location (valid May 16th through June 18th).
