KOREA TOUR CARD(Tmoney), a Must-have Item for a Trip to Korea
‘KOREA TOUR CARD,’ a pre-paid transportation card (Tmoney) with countless benefits for shopping, cultural experiences, and tourist spots exclusively for foreign tourists visiting Korea, has been released.
International tourists with ‘KOREA TOUR CARD’ can receive special benefits from 25 companies in areas of tourism, shopping, K-Wave and performances during their visit in Korea. Visitors who have this card can receive a discount on admission to art museums and amusement parks, and discount and free gift benefits at department stores, shopping malls, and duty free shops. Tourists also can enjoy discount benefits at K-POP hologram and non-verbal performances, cooking classes for Korean food, and Hanbok (Korean traditional clothing) experiences. These benefits will be available anytime for card holders until the end of 2018, during “2016~2018 Visit Korea Year.”
With this ‘KOREA TOUR CARD, foreign tourists can conveniently use any public transportation including subways, buses, express buses, trains, and taxis anywhere in Korea.
‘KOREA TOUR CARD’ can be purchased on the flight to Korea (40 Jeju Air regular international flights), CU convenience store at the airport (arrival area on the 1st floor at Incheon International Airport), Airport Express, Tmoney card dispensers at Seoul Metro (Line 1~4), and 7-Eleven convenience stores nationwide. The card can be recharged at convenience stores, and Tmoney recharging machines and station service desks at subway stations, and also can be refunded at convenience stores before departure.
