12 Sep Millennium Seoul Hilton Offers Sunday Dine Around Brunch
The Millennium Seoul Hilton is pleased to offer the Sunday Dine Around Brunch, which will take place every Sunday, starting from September 6th between 11:30AM and 2:30PM in the Lower Lobby. The special five-course menu will allow guests to experience the delicious themed menus of each restaurant in the Millennium Seoul Hilton; Seasons, French restaurant, Genji, Japanese restaurant, Taipan, Chinese restaurant, Il Ponte, Italian restaurant, Café 395, All-day dining restaurant, and Cilantro Deli. Guests can enjoy their palate with a special Brunch set meal that offers choices for each course. The lower lobby is set in a modern and elegant environment, and will be transformed into the perfect place to enjoy our brunch collection with a majestic fountain and jazz.
The “Sunday Dine Around Brunch” menu will include: a Genji selection of Sushi and Maki Rolls(8pc), Sautéed black Mussel with tomato and white wine, garlic bruschetta, Classic Caesar Salad with grilled shrimps, Braised Cold Beef shank in five spices, French Vineyard Escargot Bourguignon or Prawn and Citrus Fruit Salad, Champagne Vinaigrette; Bouillabaisse with Lobster and Seafood, Green Asparagus soup with herb croutons, Hot and Sour Soup, Sweet Corn soup with Crab Meat or Double Boiled Beef Consommé; Sautéed shrimps with red Pepper, Stir Fried scallops with Garlic, Grilled Mackerel with Salt, Poached Sea bass with carrot, Celeriac and Leek, on spinach or Pan-fried Salmon Steak on mixed hot vegetables; and so much more.
This special brunch is priced at KRW110,000 per person and includes bottomless supplies of house wine, local beer, soft drinks and juice. For an additional KRW20,000, guests can enjoy a glass of Champagne.
