Seoul Tourism Organization Opens Online MICE Help Desk and Hotline

SCB Help Desk

The Seoul Convention Bureau has launched a new online MICE Help Desk and hotline service for event organizers, intended to facilitate quicker responses for those either scheduled to host a meeting in Seoul or seeking information on how to do so.

Help Desk Message Board

The online MICE Help Desk is a new message board system that can be accessed through the official Seoul Convention Bureau home page. There, anyone with queries on the subject of hosting an event in Seoul can post a question or send an email to the Help Desk, which will then be forwarded to the SCB team and responded to within 24 hours. More pressing questions can also be made via the MICE phone hotline, a 24 hour phone line intended for time-sensitive feedback.
